ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • Cash
  • Debit card
  • Credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express)
    Credit card purchases are subject to additional charges of 3% to 3.3%.
    Small orders under $30 are charged a $0.30 card transaction fee.
  • Checks are accepted on a case-by-case basis. See store for details. Bounced checks are subject to fees. Company reserves the right to hold material until payment is posted and bank verified.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • No refunds. Exchange or return for store credit only. All returns must be accompanied by our invoice number within 7 days.
  • Only stock items are eligible for return. For special orders, see “Special Orders & Pricing Terms” section.
  • Products must be in original condition. Items are subject to inspection, and may be refused. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened and unused products, in resalable condition. Cut wire and used/installed products are not accepted for return.
  • A restocking fee may apply, 20% – 30% or per manufacturer policy, whichever is greater.
  • Return on purchases paid by credit card are subject to a $0.30 transaction fee. Returns without receipt will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and credited based on the lowest-selling price.

SPECIAL ORDERS & PRICING TERMS
“Special Order” is defined as an order of items or quantities that CNC does not typically stock.

Customer acknowledges that special orders are subject to the following:

  • Special orders are noncancellable and subject to manufacturer policies.
  • Deposit is due prior to order placement. Deposit amount is determined on a case by case basis, dependent on factors including but not limited to manufacturer terms, order total, customer credit history, etc.
  • Full balance is due upon delivery of item, when an item is billed by the manufacturer.
  • Full payment must be made prior to material release.
  • Customer is responsible for picking up items once they are available. Customers are advised to inspect items immediately and report any issues in a timely manner.
  • Special orders may be held at our warehouse at the customer’s risk. We may hold onto your items for up to 3 weeks.

VOLUME PRICING
Discounted volume pricing is available for certain items. Typically special pricing for special orders must be paid by cash or debit card to avoid additional processing fees.

PRICE MATCHING
CNC will do our best to match competitor pricing. If you have a quote you would like us to match, please send us a copy of the quote. Quote must be within 30 days.
